  一、个人简介

  何小周,男,1987年出生,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。传染病溯源预警与智能决策全国重点实验室,医学病毒学国家重点实验室,中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病预防控制所。长期专注于新发和突发传染病的病原体检测监测技术研究、疾病预防控制及免疫学相关研究,建立了高通量测序技术及病毒宏基因组分析平台,开展不明原因感染性疾病的病原学检测技术研究,从事野生动物、媒介生物以及复杂环境新病原监测等相关研究,同时关注多载体疫苗相关技术及接种策略研究。多次参与抗击新冠疫情应急任务,担任WHO-中国联合新冠溯源专家,中国疾控中心援鄂抗疫前方专家,中国疾控中心绥芬河、哈尔滨、舒兰应急检测专家,中国疾控中心新冠疫情防控国家专家队专家,科技部溯源专班专家,国家疾病预防控制局新冠流调溯源和监测预警专班专家;援塞拉利昂生物安全实验室项目专家;近年主持或参与多项国家科技重大专项和国家重点研发等国家、省部级课题;近年发表SCI论文20余篇;编写卫生行业标准1项;申请专利授权5项;中国医疗保健国际交流促进会分子诊断学分会委员;Medicine Advances期刊青年编委。
