免疫学——崔爱利

　　一、个人简介

　　崔爱利，女，研究员，博士，硕士生导师，2002年7月至今在中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病预防控制所麻疹室工作。现任麻疹室主任助理，2017年至2019年，任国家免疫规划技术工作组成员，现任中华实验和临床病毒学杂志通讯编辑。

　　主要成果：（1）开展流行性腮腺炎病毒学监测和检测工作：建立了流行性腮腺炎病毒（Mumps，MuV）实验室快速诊断方法和基因定型方法；对我国MuV基因型分布情况和基因变异变迁规律开展系统研究，阐明我国F基因型MuV分子进化特征以及MuV重要抗原位点变异情况和趋势；并对我国现使用的腮腺炎疫苗对现流行的MuV野毒株进行交叉保护效果评估，为我国腮腺炎疫苗使用策略制订提供了重要科学依据；同时积累了大量的MuV分子生物学基线数据和毒株资源，为进一步开展腮腺炎深入研究奠定了基础。（2）开展发热呼吸道和发热伴出疹症候群病原谱监测和病原学研究：针对常见发热呼吸道病毒和发热出疹性病毒建立了病毒实验室诊断方法;开展重要病毒靶基因型别鉴定和全基因组测序工作,阐明重要病毒在我国的流行情况及流行病学特征和病毒分子进化特征，为我国急性呼吸道感染和出疹性疾病的防控提供重要的基线数据。

　　多次参加过SARS、HFMD、新冠等多起突发公共卫生事件的实验室病原学鉴定工作。作为课题/子课题负责人主持完成多项国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技重大专项课题和国家重点研发计划。在国内外核心期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文35篇，其中SCI论文15篇。共获得六项省部级奖，包括中华预防医学会科技奖一等奖、二等奖和三等奖各1项，中华医学会科技奖二等奖1项，教育部科学技术奖二等奖1项，北京市科学技术奖三等奖1项。

　　二、主要研究方向

　　主要从事常见呼吸道病毒和肠道病毒的实验室诊断，病毒流行病学、分子进化、抗原变异以及疫苗免疫保护效果评估等方面研究。
