一、个人简介
石琦,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病所朊病毒病室负责人,传染病溯源预警与智能决策全国重点实验室PI,长期从事全国人类朊病毒病的监测及相关研究工作。
兼任中国微生物学会病毒学专业委员会委员、中国微生物学会微生物生物安全专业委员会常务委员、中国医疗保健国际交流促进会常务委员、中国初级卫生保健基金会病原检测专业委员会委员等学术职务。
已主持并完成两项国家自然科学基金项目,主持及参与了多项国家级课题项目的研究;2021年以第二完成人获得“中华预防医学会科学技术奖二等奖”;2020年以第二完成人获得“华夏医学科技奖二等奖”;2009年以第五完成人获得“中华预防医学会科学技术奖二等奖”;目前以第一作者/通讯作者发表中英文论文130余篇,其中SCI收录英文期刊上发表论文70余篇,同时担任《Neurodegeneration》杂志及《Zoonoses》杂志科学编委、《疾病监测》杂志及《中国病毒病杂志》编委。

1、朊病毒病慢性感染及跨种属传播机制;
2、朊病毒病蛋白组学、转录组学及代谢组学相关研究;
3、朊病毒新型诊断技术的建立及应用研究。
