一、个人简介
刘军,研究员,博导,2005年北京大学公共卫生学院获得预防医学学士学位,2010年中国科学院微生物所获博士学位,先后在中国科学院生物物理所和美国耶鲁大学医学院进行博士后训练,现任国家流感中心副主任,病毒病所所长助理。
一直致力于在流感、新冠等新发再发病毒病的防控和病毒的T细胞免疫研究。曾获全国卫生健康系统“新冠肺炎疫情防控工作先进个人”,国家自然科学基金“优秀青年基金”,中组部“万人计划”青年拔尖人才,北京市科委“科技新星”,“北医优秀校友”,团中央、人社部“全国青年岗位能手”,国家卫生健康委“优秀共产党员”,中华预防医学会科学技术奖一等奖,浙江省自然科学一等奖,中华医学科技奖医学科学技术奖二等奖,北京市科学技术奖三等奖,中国免疫学会青年学者奖等。
近年来作为通讯或第一作者在Nature、Immunity、PNAS、National Science Review, Nature Communications、PLoS Medicine、PLoS Biology、PLoS Pathogens、CID、EID、mBio、Journal of Virology(10篇)、Journal of Immunology(10篇)等杂志发表论文90余篇,参编中英文著作10部。H指数43。担任中国免疫学会理事等多个学术组织职务。《Biosafety and Health》副主编,《Global Transitions》《Infectious Diseases & Immunity》《Microbes & Immunity》《中华实验和临床病毒学杂志》《国际病毒学》《传染病信息》编委,《Science China Life Sciences》《Frontiers in Immunology》《Viruses》《病毒学报》等杂志特约编辑。先后受邀在英国剑桥大学免疫系、卡迪夫大学免疫系、Pirbright研究所、美国国立犹太医学中心及国际病毒学会年会(新加坡)上做报告。在2014-2016年西非埃博拉疫情防控中,作为援塞拉利昂固定生物安全实验室检测队队长等职先后4次赴几内亚和塞拉利昂进行埃博拉疫情的调研和实验室检测工作。2018年6月作为中国首批援助刚果(金)防控埃博拉疫情专家组组长赴疫区进行现场防控工作。2019年底至今,先后赴武汉、绥芬河、哈尔滨、舒兰和北京新发地等现场开展新冠疫情的现场防控工作。2020年在武汉一线工作103天,进入华南海鲜市场30余次,在绥芬河、舒兰等东北疫情期间工作30余天、参与北京新发地疫情近30天,进入新发地市场采样3次,进入西南郊冷库采样3次。世卫组织-中国溯源研究中方专家组成员(2021年武汉工作30余天)。
二、主要研究方向
1. 病毒特异的T细胞免疫学研究
病毒特异的T细胞免疫反应的检测及其在诊断和免疫干预治疗中的应用,临床感染的免疫检测和人群免疫屏障监测,T细胞免疫应答中重要分子的结构学研究,免疫优势表位多肽设计等。
2.新发和再发病毒分子流行病学研究
病毒抗原性变异与进化分子流行病学、新发病毒交叉免疫及免疫逃逸进化机制等。
