一、个人简介
靳淼,女,博士,研究员,硕士生导师。自从2008年以来,一直在中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病预防控制所病毒性腹泻室工作,主要从事诺如病毒胃肠炎的监测和相关基础研究工作,负责全国诺如病毒暴发监测网络,长期致力于诺如病毒流行和进化的研究。2011年作为访问学者,在美国辛辛那提儿童医院医学中心诺如病毒和轮状病毒领域著名专家Jiang Xi教授实验室从事研究。
近年来,作为项目负责人完成国家自然科学基金项目;作为子课题负责人完成国家公益性行业科研专项和传染病重大专项等多项国家课题。荣获“广东省优秀科技成果奖”和“深圳市科技进步奖”二等奖。多次参与胃肠炎暴发疫情的处置,作为第一或通讯作者发表文章30余篇。

1. 诺如病毒的分子流行病学、分子进化和抗原变异研究。
2. 诺如病毒的实验室网络化监测技术研究。
3. 诺如病毒感染与宿主受体组织血型抗原(HBGAs)相互作用研究。
