免疫学——庞立丽

　　一、个人简介

　　庞立丽，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。2006年获中国疾病预防控制中心免疫学理学硕士学位，2014年获中国疾病预防控制中心免疫学医学博士学位。2016年8月起在中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病预防控制所病毒性腹泻室工作。甘肃中医药大学公共卫生专业兼职硕士研究生导师。

　　主要从事病毒感染与宿主免疫反应相关研究。以诺如病毒和轮状病毒为研究重心，基于肠道类器官、反向遗传学、CRISPR/Cas9系统等技术，探索制约病毒分离培养的关键因素，揭示病毒拮抗宿主天然免疫机制，开展诺如病毒疫苗有效性评价和核酸考核样的研制等研究工作。主持北京市自然科学基金一项，参与国家重点研发计划、传染病防治重大专项、国家自然科学基金等多项课题。发表第一作者和通讯作者（含共同）SCI收录杂志及中文核心期刊30余篇。参编专著1部。获得两项国家专利。
