病原生物学——何小周

  一、个人简介

  何小周,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。长期围绕新发突发病原体的检测与监测需求,开展高通量测序技术、宏基因组学分析平台及免疫学相关研究。担任国家突发急性传染病防控队员,援塞拉利昂生物安全实验室项目专家,WHO-中国联合研究专家,多次参与疫情防控和现场处置任务。主持或参与多项国家或省部级课题,目前承担的在研项目(来源)包括:儿童出疹症候群病原学特征与精准诊断技术体系的多中心研究(北京市自然科学基金);核心超大城市新发突发传染病早期识别、快速鉴定及防控一体化体系(国家重点研发计划);非洲重点地区主要传染病的病种分布及综合防治技术研究(国家重点研发计划);面向病原体快速识别的智能病毒组分析平台构建与应用研究(病毒病所青年基金)。近年来发表论文40余篇;编写卫生行业标准1项;申请专利授权5项;获得软件著作权1项;担任中国医疗保健国际交流促进会分子诊断学分会委员,中国检验检测学会医学检验分会理事,《Infectious Medicine》、《Zoonoses》、《Medicine Advances》和《疾病监测》期刊青年编委。

  新发突发传染病宏基因组测序分析平台研究,病原检测新技术、生物信息及新型疫苗免疫策略研究。
